Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹399/- anywhere in India.

For prepaid orders below ₹399, a shipping fee of ₹40 will be added. For orders above ₹399, no shipping charges will apply.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all orders. For orders below ₹399, a COD fee of ₹80 will be added. For orders above ₹399, no COD charges will apply.

The cart value for both the above conditions will be calculated after the application of any discount or coupons.

Please allow 1–3 working days for your order to be dispatched. The tentative delivery time is 5–10 working days from the date of dispatch.

Orders received on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day. During festivals or unforeseen circumstances such as lockdowns, processing and delivery times may be delayed.

Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses. Rural domestic addresses may require additional delivery time.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not accept international orders. For queries from outside India, please email us at info@naturalherbs.co.in with your requirements. Our team will review your request and get back to you with possible solutions.

General Scenario

In case we receive a cancellation request and the order has already been processed, the order cannot be cancelled.

Pulastya Foods Pvt Ltd reserves the right to decide whether an order can be cancelled or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Pulastya Foods Pvt Ltd regarding order cancellation.

Order Cancellation by Pulastya Foods Pvt Ltd

Pulastya Foods Pvt Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment has been received.

In such cases, 100% of the payment will be refunded to the customer, and the customer will be informed accordingly.

If non-delivery or delayed delivery occurs due to an error from the customer’s side (such as incorrect or incomplete address, unavailability of recipient, or any similar issue), any additional re-delivery charges incurred by Pulastya Foods Pvt Ltd will be borne by the customer.

Coupon Terms & Conditions

Coupons are valid for a limited time only. Pulastya Foods Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time without prior notice.

The coupon offer will not be valid until it is applied to the qualifying items at checkout.

Coupons can only be used on the official website and are applicable only on products sold and shipped by Pulastya Foods Pvt Ltd. Coupons are not valid on third-party products or external platforms.

Only one coupon can be used per customer per order.

If any item purchased using a coupon is returned, the coupon discount value will be deducted from the refund amount.

Standard shipping and handling charges will apply as per the shipping policy.

Offers are valid while supplies last.

Coupons are void where prohibited by law.

Pulastya Foods Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any tax obligations arising from the use of coupons.

Customers are responsible for paying any applicable taxes related to coupon usage.

Coupons will be void if restricted or prohibited by law.
